It is of utmost importance that you file your Illinois IFTA quarterly return before the due deadlines as late filing may result in a penalty of $50 or 10% of the net tax liability. Your application will be denied if the owners, partners, or corporate officers are not identified on the MFUT-12. There are no exceptions.
